The TechIndiana Charter Founders
Building Indiana’s Tech Workforce for the Next 250 Years
Ten Indiana technology employers will be permanently recognized as the inaugural class of leaders who built the state’s technology talent pipeline. Charter Founder is permanent — and the class is complete. Ten organizations answered the call before July 4, 2026.
Why Now
Indiana’s technology talent gap is an active constraint on growth. The employers who help build the pipeline now will have first access to the talent coming through it. July 4, 2026 marked 250 years of America. It also marked a once-in-a-lifetime moment to permanently shape what Indiana’s next 250 years of tech workforce looks like.
TechIndiana is the technology profession’s lead for the Indiana Career Apprenticeship Pathway (INCAP). We design work-based learning and career pathways that produce job-ready talent and strengthen retention statewide. Charter Founders are the inaugural class of employers who chose to lead this work — not just support it.
